We're so thankful for the men and women that faithfully serve our local church family every day of the week. Their leadership, love, and compassion for people shows in everything they do. They're regular broken people like the rest of us, but they have a heart for God and a passion for the gospel.

Dan Rogers serves as Senior Pastor at Victory Chapel. Pastor Rogers grew up on the mission field and has served in ministry for over 30 years. Dan and Carmen were married in 1990 and have 5 children and 4 grandchildren. He is passionate about evangelism and spiritual growth. 

Justin Burns has been Victory Chapel's minister of music for 24 years. Coming from a musical family, Justin understands the importance of God-honoring music.  Justin is married to April and they have three beautiful children.

Chris and Brandi Thrasher oversee the children's ministry at Victory Chapel. They co-lead the Wednesday night  ministry, "Victory Kids", which takes grades 1st-6th through many different biblical teachings and lessons, as well as fun and games mixed into everything they do!

April Burns has been the financial secretary for 20 years. She has her bachelor's degree in accounting from Pensacola Christian College. After graduating from college she moved to Garland, Texas and then in 2003 she moved to Greenville. Justin and April are blessed with three children.
